Came into Court Andrew Bates Esquire and Returned on Oath an Inventory of the Estate of John Dean Decd.

Ordered that Nathan Tatem have Leave to keep an Ordinary in his own Dwelling house in this County. At the same time said Tatum Give Bond with Saml. Salyear & Jacob Dunton securities in the sum of one hundred pounds agreeable to Law.

On motion ordered that Andrew Duke Esquire, Thomas Williams and Daniel Dunton allot off and set a part to Frances Taylor widdow of Thomas Taylor Decd. as Much of the Stock, Crop and Provisions of the Estate of the said Deceased as May Be sufficient for the Maintainence of the said widdow and Family for One Year agreable to law.

Ordered that the administator of the estate of Thomas Taylor Decd. sell the perishable part of said Decd. Estate and make Return to next court.

Ordered that Thomas Sanderson, Thomas Barnard, Benjamin Taylor Senr. and Daniel Lindsey or any three of them audit and settle the accounts of Nathan Poyner Administrator of the Estate of James Hill Decd. and make return to next court.

Ordered that Dolly Williamson have the right of Administr. on the Estate of James Williamson Decd. at the same time the Administratrix Qualified and give bond with Aaron Bright and Simon Wilson securities in the sum of Two Hundred pounds & returned an Inventory agreable to law.
