I Cornelius CAVES of the County of Currituck State of North Carolina, being weak of body but of sound disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

I give to my Grand Daughter Elizabeth CAVES two heiffers and two ews

I give to my beloved Wife two feather beds and furniture and my sail boat and sails and cannoe, one learge chest, and cubbard, two cows and yearlings, three iron pots and half my houshold furniture and sixteen head hogs and half the remainder my sheep.

I give to my Daughter Elizabeth HOLT one horse and all my farming utentials and all the remainder of my cattle and hogs and the remainder my sheep.

I give also to my Daughter Elizabeth all the remainder of my household furniture and all the remainder my property within doors and without.

I do nominate and appoint my beloved Wife executrix to this my Last Will and Testament disannulling all former wills by me made this 15th January 1801.
