Sophia Flora Johnson McPherson & her two infant sons are known to be buried together in an unmarked grave in this cemetery. She was the daughter of Neil B. Johnson, Esq., and Flora Currie Johnson. Her two infant sons are buried with her. Her death and burial is recorded in Father Hector McLean's diary from August 1856, "they having died of the "Bloody Flux," as he recorded it.
