HARRISON of the County of Washington and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form as following that is to say then I give to my wife Julia A. HARRISON all my land to the …. of the east end of cotton patch with privlege to get fine wood and rail timber for her use on any part of my land during her widowhood but if the said Julia A. HARRISON my wife should have a child ruing the year 83 and said child should live to be twenty one years old then said land that I possess shall to by child if his mother marries or not.
