Henry Herring and wife,vs William Wade and John Fennell.
NOTICE is hereby given unto John Fennell, one of the defendants in this suit,that he 
appear at the next term of this Court to be held in said County of Greene at the Court
House in Snow Hill, on the second Monday after the fourth Monday of September next,
and plead answer of dentur un-- the said bill of complaint, or the same will be taken pro--
fesso[as to him] and set for hearing exporte.

Theophilus Edwards and others vs Mary Hodges and others-Petition for sale and partition.
ORDERED that publication be made in the Raleigh Star, for four weeks, calling on William
Murphey and Mary his wife, Sarah Heath and the children, and heirs at law.of Zilpha Stanly
deceased, supposed to be, John [or the childen of John Stanly], Polly [or her children], William 
Thomas, or the children of Thomas Stanly] James, Elizabeth, Zilpha Ford [or the children of said 
Zilpha], Sarah and Polly Stanly to come forward and show ex-- wherefore sale  should not be 
made of the mill land, on Tyce's marsh, and fifty-six acres of land, thereunto adjoining,agree-
able to the prayee of the petetion.
