Jesse Pridgin and others vs ---sec- of Thomas Pridgen dec'd.-petition for sale and
Partition?,
Whereas it is made appear to this honorable Court, that Thomas McDade and Patsy his 
wife, Frederick Jordon, and Elizabeth his wife, Howell Dupsey and Sally his wife,-
Sessions and Elizabeth his wife, Cullen Pridgen, Elizabeth Pridgen, Robert Pridgen and
Edwin Pridgen, some of the Devisees of the said Thomas Pridgen, dec'd and also some of
the defendants in this suit, and that they reside without the limits of this state--
it is Ordered that public notice be given agreeable to Law for six weeks in some pub-
lic paper within this State unto the said Thomas McDade and Patsy his wife, Frederick 
Jordon and Elizabeth his wife, Howard Dupsey and Sally his wife, Sessions and Elizabeth 
his wife, Cullen Pridgen, Elizabeth Pridgen, Robert Pridgen and Edwin Pridge, that they 
appear at the next Term of this Court, to be holden for the County of Greene at the 
Court-house at Snow-Hill, on the second Monday after the fourth Monday of March next,
and answer unto the said petition, or the same will be granted and a demur made therein
accordingly.
Witness R.J.Powell clerk and Master in Equity at Snowhill, the second Monday after the 
fourth Monday of September in the 42nd year of our Independence.
