In the name of God Amen. I JESSE COLLINS of the County of Franklin and State of North Carolina in the year of Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty four, being in a low state of health, but in my right senses thanks be to God and knowing that it is once appointed to die, have this the thirteenth day of May made and do constitute and by these presents do make and appoint my beloved wife PATSEY COLLINS Executrix of this my Last will and testament, viz, first it is my wish and desire that she should pay all of my just debts, Secondly it is my wish and desire that my wife PATSEY COLLINS should keep together all of my property both real and personal, except what shall hereafter be mentioned I bequeath unto my beloved son WILLIS COLLINS my gun and all the rest of property. I bequeath unto my wife PATSEY COLLINS for her and my childrens support to do and act with as she thinks best for the Family use and benefit.
In witness whereoff I do hereby acknowledge this my last Will and Testament whereunto I have affixed my hand and seal the day and date above mentioned in the presents off

In the name of God Amen, I AMEY COOKE of the State of North Carolina & Franklin County being this day of sound mind & perfect memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner & form following viz,
Imprimis, I give & bequeath to my two grand daughters MARY and MARGARET MOSES daughters of WILLIAM MOSES, each one feather bed & furniture.
Item. I will and devise, that the following property be sold, to wit, Eight head of cattle, two head of horses, one cart & pacel of ceder vesels, and all my kitchen furniture, and that the monies arising from the sale that be equally divided amongst the children of my daughter ANN MOSES deceased, to wit, ABRAHAM, THOMAS, FENNER, MARY, MARGARET, PRISCILLA & JOSIAH.
Item. I will & divise that all my just debts be paid out of the ballance of my Estate and the residue if any I give and bequeath to my son JONES COOK[sic] including my stock of hogs, one work ox, one large young ox, all the debts due & owing to me al the pork or share of crop that I may be entitled to for the service of my hands this year and all the residue of my Estate not before mentioned of every description. I do hereby nominate my son JONES COOKE & my brother EPHRAIM CONYERS Executors to this my last Will & Testament as writing herein & hereby disanulling & revoking all former Wills & ratifying & confirming this my last will & Testament.

In the name of God Amen. I WM. COOPER of the County Franklin & State of N. Carolina being sick & weak in body but of sound mind & memory, & calling to mind the uncertainty of this life and that it is apointed for all men once to die do think fit to make this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following (viz)
After all my just debts is paid & satisfied the residue of my estate I wish to be equally divided between PRISCILLA ELLIOTT the wife of ELEXANDER ELLIOTT & POLLEY SLEDGE the wife of JOEL SLEDGE and NANCY PARKS, to them and their heirs for ever. And lastly it is my desire that m friends JOHN E. DENSON & MOSES NEAL be exec'rs to this my last Will and Testament revoking and disannuling all other wills and Testaments by me heretofore made or caused to be made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal in the presence of us, this 29th Day of January 1801.

In the name of God Amen.
I MICAJAH DAVIS of Franklin County do make this my last will in manner following.
First I give all my property real and personal to my wife PATSEY to her and her heirs forever in trust in the first place to sell my personal estate or so much as will pay all my just debts and if the personal estate should not be sufficient in trust to sell and dispose of so much of my real estate as will be sufficient for that purpose and as for all the residue of my Estate that shall not be necessary sold as aforesaid in trust to maintain herself and children thereupon and after the youngest child shall be arrived to the age of twenty years or shall be married or in case of his or her death after the time she, he or they should have arrived to the age had he or she been living then in trust to be disposed of by her in such proportions amongst my sd children as she thinks proper retaining to herself a just and reasonable share thereof untill the day of her death.
And I do appoint her my said wife executrix of this my will also my friend SIMON GREEN.

In the name of God amen I WILLIAM FREEMAN SEN'R of Franklin County, and State of North Carolina being weak in body but of sound mind and memory calling to mind that it is appointed for all men once to dye I now make constitute and ordain this my last Will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I serender my sole in the hands of Almighty God who gave it my body to its mother dust from whence it came to be buried in a plain desent humain like manner at the discression of my executors and as for the good things of this world with which it had been please God to bless me I shall dispose off in the manner and form following that is to say, of her pr
I give and bequeath to my daughter DILLEY RICHARDS one Negro girl name SUCK to her and her heirs forever in leu of her preportion of my land.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter MARY RICHARDS one Negro girl named LEXEY to her and her heirs forever in lew and in stead of her preportion of my land.
Item. It is my wish will and desire that the whole of my land containing 543 acres be eaqually and impatily divided between my three sons ROBERT FREEMAN, WILLIAM FREEMAN, and EATON FREEMAN in the following manner first to be layd out in three lots of eaquel sise then to be valued by three or more good men of the neighbourhood then my three sons draw for choise the infearer lots to be maid eaquel out of the other property that is to say the supearor lots to make the infearer eaquel.
Item. I lend to my cousin SEALY FREEMAN one feather bed and furniture during her natural life then at her descece to be sold and divideed between all my children.
Item. It is further my wish and desire that all the rest and residue of my property of all kinds shold be sold at the discression of my executors and the next proseeds theareoff to be eaquelly and impartially divideed between all my children mail and feemail that is to say ROBERT FREEMAN, WILLIAM FREEMAN, EATON FREEMAN, DILLEY RICHARDS and MARY RICHARDS. It is further my desire that my children shold become the purchers of my Negroes if consistant with their will now for the faithful execution of this my last will and testament I constitute and appoint my trusty frend WILLIAM FREEMAN JR. my right lawful executors witness my hand & seal this 14th November 1821.

In the name of God Amen.
That I GARRETT GOODLOE of Franklin County State of North Carolina being sick and weak in body but of perfect mind & memory calling to mind the mortality of my body, do make and ordain this my last Will & Testament. And after the payment of all my just lawful debts I give and demise of my worldly estate in manner following. First I give and bequeath unto my son WM. H. GOODLOE one tract of land formerly called BYRD's tract also one tract formerly called WM. HILLS' tract, also one Negroe man name RICHARD also one Negroe girl named HANNAH, also two horses, one bridle & saddle, two feather beds, two cows & calves also all kinds of other small stocks such as his mother can spare him. I also give and bequeath to my daughter ANN JUDD GOODLOE one Negroe woman named LENDER & one Negroe girl named DILCY, also one named MILLY also one name CHERRY, also one named BARBARA, also one horse bridle & saddle valued to one hundred & twenty five dollars, also two feather beds & furniture, also two cows and calves, also one hundred pounds Virginia currency together with what small stock her mother can spare her. The balance of my estate real and personal shall all remain together untill my son JAMES K. GOODLOE shall arrive to the age of twenty one then all the perishable part of the estate shall be put up in five lots & those lots shall be valued by six free holders, and my son JAMERS K. GOODLOE shall one of those and the balance to remain as before untill my son ROBERT G. GOODLOE the afore said age of twenty one and the said perishable property to be put up in four lots and valued by the said Free holders and the above named ROBERT G. GOODLOE to have one of the said lots and then the balance of the said property to be put into stock again and to continue as afores'd untill my son FRENCH S. GOODLOE arrives to the sd age of twenty one years, and then the property to be put in three lots and valued by the s'd Free holders as before done. And then the above named FRENCH S. GOODLOE to have one of those lots, and then the balance to return into stock again and there remain untill my son DABNEA M. GOODLOE arrives at the age of twenty one years and then the sd property to be put up in two lots & valued by the sd free holders and to be equally divided between DABNEA M. GOODLOE and my wife ANN GOODLOE that is my wish and desire that my four sons that are now with me shall be genteelly educated out of the profit arrising from the crops and at the death of my wife ANN GOODLOE an equal division to be made of the remaining part of the land between my four youngest sons. And the remaining part of the perishable property to be equally divided amongst all my children, my lots in Louisburg to be sold when my youngest son comes of age.
And I do hereby disallow revoke and disannul all former wills & bequests by me in any wise made before confirming this to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal this sixth day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and two. Lastly I nominate and appoint JOHN M. GOODLOE, WILLIAM H. GOODLOE and JAMES H. GOODLOE my lawful Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

June Court 1824
In the name of God amen.
I HENRY GOODLOE of the County of Franklin and State of North Carolina being now of sound and perfect mind and memory do make constitute, and ordain this my last Will and Testament(hereby revoking all others) in the manner and form following, to wit,
Item the first. It is my will that all my just debts be paid.
Item the second. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife MARY GOODLOE one tract of land, called Sukes tract, containing 5008[sic], five hundred Eight acres more or less adjoining the lands of JOHN BAILEY, JOHN SNEED and FOSTER FORT & others, also one ninth part of all my Negroes, crop, stock &c to her & her heirs forever.
Item the Third. My will is for all my Negroes, crop, stock &c be and remain with my beloved wife & my children to be educated and whenever they may become of lawfull age, or marry, they shall each draw one ninth part of all my Negroes, crop, stock &c until they all becom of age or marry.
Item the fourth. I give and bequeath all my lands in the western country to be equally divided between my three sons JOHN JAMES GOODLOE, ROBERT HENRY GOODLOE, and THEODORE HINTON GOODLOE also one ninth part of all my Negroes, crop, stock &c to each of them & their heirs forever.
Item the fifth. It is my will and desire that all the lands whereon I now live shall be sold on a credit of three equal anual payments, and the moneys arising from the sale whereof, to be equally divided between my five daughters, ADALINE S. GOODLOE, JULIA ANN GOODLOE, ATELIA ALLICE GOODLOE, CORNELIA SIDNEY GOODLOE & MARY HELLEN GOODLOE. Also one ninth part of all my Negroes, crop, stock &c to each of them and their heirs forever.
I further nominate and appoint my worthy friends JOHN MARTIN, CHARLES L. HINTON, and my son JOHN JAMES GOODLOE Executors to this my last Will and Testament.
As witness whereof I have hereunto fixed my hand & seal in the presence of JOHN Y. YOUNG, WM. THOMAS BARROW this the 5th fifth day January in the Year of our Lord 1824.

In the name of God amen, I ELISHA HAM of the County of Franklin and State of North Carolina being in perfect mind & memory but calling to mind the mortality of all mankind and it being appointed for all men once to die, do constitute this my last Will and Testament in the following manner that is after the payment of all my just debts.
1st.  I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife ELIZA. HAM during her natural life the manner plantation whereon I now live and also the use of all my household and kitchen furniture together with all my stock of every kind except what I may hereafter give away.
2nd.  It is my will and desire that all my daughters should live on my during there lives or while they may marry.
3rd.  I give and divise unto my son MATHEW HAM one tract or parcel of land supposed to be about fifty acres be the same more or less, beginning on the big branch near the mouth of a small branch then running a straight course to the corner of his fence, then running nearly west along his fence and the course continued to a large cart path then along that path nearly No. to my back line formerly B. PERRY's line then along the back line nearly East to a branch called MAJOR DAVIS Spring branch then down the sd to the beginning provided nevertheless that my sd son MATHEW HAM shall pay over to my Estate fifty dollars and should he refuse to pay the said fifty dollars then the above gift to be void and of no effect and when he pays fifty dollars as above, I give the sd fifty acres of land to him and his heirs forever, with what I have heretofore given him and is now in his possession.
4th.  I give unto my son RUBEN HAM all the property that I have heretofore given him and is now in his possession.
5th.  I give unto my daughter LYDIE HAM one speckled cow.
6th.  I give unto my daughter AMY HAM one cow called Fancy.
7th.  It is my will and desire after the death of my wife whatever property may be left, that I have given to her during her life should be equally divided between my seven daughters that is LYDIE HAM, AMY HAM, PATSEY HAM, BETSEY HAM, BEDY GRIFFIN, MASSE HAM, & MILLY HAM except that I have given unto LYDIE & AMY HAM each of them a cow which they LYDIE & AMY HAM shall allow for the value of each cow, and then come in for an equal division among the rest of daughters as named above.
8th. And lastly I nominate and appoint my beloved wife E. HAM & REUBEN HAM & MATHEW HAM my sons, Executrix & Executors to this my last Will and Testament revoking all others heretofore made by my given under my hand and seal this 16th May 1824.

In the name of God Amen I WILLIAM JEFFREYS of Franklin County in the State of N. Carolina being in health & of disposing mind & memory thanks be given to Almighty God for the same and calling to mind the uncertain state of man kind and it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my Last Will & Testament in writing, that is to say, first of all I recommend my soul to Almighty God that gave it nothing doubting but at the General resurrection I shall receive the same by the power of Almighty power of God and touching such worldly estate where with it has pleased Almighty God to bless me with in this life, I give and dispose of in manner and form following (to witt)
Inprimis- my will and desire is that all the just debts I shall owe at my death shall be levyed and paid out of my stock and movable property.
Item.  I lend to my well beloved wife MARY JEFFREYS during the term of her natural life, or widow hood six Negroes (to wit) OLD JEFFRY, ROGER, ANACHA, MOLL, ISHMAEL and TERRY. One feather bed and furniture, Also the main plantation whereon I now live to include three hundred acres of land. And at her decease I give and and there to my youngest son WILLIAM JEFFREYS his heirs and assigns forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my well beloved son SIMON GRAY JEFFREYS his heirs and assigns forever One thousand acres of land lying and being in the County of Franklin in the State of North Carolina on the north side of Little River to be laid off at the upper end of my lands lying and being in the County of Franklin in the State aforesaid joining the lands of OSBORN JEFFREYS and the lands devised by my Father OSBORN JEFFREYS deceased to NATHANIEL HUNT. Also two hundred acres lying and being in Wake County in the State aforesaid on the North side of Neuse River, it being part of the land I purchased of JOSEPH SALISBURY, also seventeen Negroes (to witt) RANDAL, BIG HANNAH, MINGOW, ANDERSON, DICK, DAVY, EMPEROR, PETER, ALFRED, BURWELL, OLD NANNY, NED, OLD MINGOW, BECKEY, SINDILLA, LEWIS, & BANAR.
Item.  I give & bequeath to my well beloved son ROBERT N. JEFFREYS his heirs & assigns forever, one thousand acres of land lying and being in Wake and Franklin Counties in the State afore said on south side of Little River to include my mill stone tract of land lying in Wake County to be load off at the upper end of my lands lying in Wake County & Franklin joining the lands of COL. WILLIAM ALSTON deceased & OSBORN JEFFREYS. Also all the lands I now possess on the south side of Neuse River on Mannings Creek which I have not herein before divised to my well beloved son SIMON G. JEFFREYS joining the lands of my well beloved son ROBERT N. JEFFREYS afoesaid and the lands of THOMAS EMBROUGH deceased. Also all my part of the lands divised to me by my father OSBORN JEFFREYS deceased lying and being in Onslow County in the State aforesaid on the waters of Queens Creek, Also twenty one Negroes (to wit) ISAAC, TILLAR, JO, ALEN, DEMSEY, COUGAR, DEMPSY, LYDIA, REUBEN, ANDREW, OSBORN, MYMA, PAUL, OLIVE, ESSEX, SARAH, FERRY, OFFY, ISHAM, BILLEY, MILLEY, & SIM.
Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter, MARY ALSTON, and her husband NATHANIEL ALSTON to them their heirs and assigns forever three Negroes (that is to say) YOUNG AARON, JIMMY & BETSEY, also one mare or gelden & five head of cattle.
Item.  I give and bequeath to my well beloved daughter LEAH JEFFREYS her heirs and assigns forever six Negroes (to wit) VIOLETT, SOLOMON, NATHAN, CLARY, HARRY & KESON.
Item.  I give and bequeath to my well beloved son WILLIAM JEFFREYS his heirs and assigns forever five hundred acres of land lying & being in Franklin County and State aforesaid to be laid off round my mill seat on Little River so as to include the mill seat aforesaid in the counties of said five hundred acres of land aforesd, also all my lands lying and being in Wake and Franklin Counties which is not herein before devised to my two sons SIMON G. JEFFREYS & ROBERT N. JEFFREYS, also Eleven Negroes (to wit) ZEBB, NELSON, AGGY, RHODY, FILL, OLD AARON, BANDY(?), JUDY, WRIGHT, HICKSEY & CHARITY.
My will and desire is, that all and singular the other property which I may be possessed of at my deceased which is not herein before devised of every kind and nature whatsoever be sold by Executors herein after to be by me appointed & named at twelve months credit to the highest bider and after paying all the just debts that I shall owe at my death and the balance then remaining due arising from such sales to be equally divided between my well beloved wife MARY JEFFREYS, my son SIMON GRAY JEFFREYS, my son ROBERT N. JEFFREYS, my daughter LEAH JEFFREYS & my youngest son WILLIAM JEFFREYS to them their heirs and assigns forever.
I do hereby and by these presence nominate & appoint my two sons SIMON G. JEFFREYS, my son ROBERT N. JEFFREYS, EDWIN HOLDING & my well beloved wife, MARY JEFFREYS, my soul and only Executors and Executrix to this my last will & Testament in writing hereby revoking all other wills confirming this and no other to be my last Will & Testament.
In witness whereof I the said WILLIAM JEFFREYS hath here unto set my hand & seal this twenty fifth day of March Anno Domini 1802 Two.

In the Name of God Amen. I ARON OVERTON SENR. of the County of Franklin and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and disposing memory calling to mind that it is appointed for all men once to die, and as he has blessed me with some worldly substance, I do hereby dispose of the same in manner and form as follows, to wit, first my will and desire is that my body be buried in a Christian like manner.
2nd.  My will and desire is that all my just debts be first paid.
Item 3rd.  I give and bequeath unto my son AUSBURN OVERTON hundred acres land bounded by the lands of JOHN B. HAYES and others including the plantation whereon he now lives- to him and his heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my son ELISHA OVERTON one hundred acres land part of Bentons tract including the house and plantation whereon my son MOSES OVERTON deceased formerly, to him and his heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my son JOSEPH OVERTON all and singular the ballance of my land including the house and whereon I now live, one London still and one bed and furniture to him and his heirs forever.
Item.  I give to my two sons JOHN and MOSES OVERTON or their lawfull heirs five shillings each to them and their heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter, LETEACHE ten dollars to be paid by my three sons, AUSBURN, ELISHA and JOSEPH OVERTON to her and her heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter SELAH JOURNAKIN, ten dollars to be paid by my three sons AUSBURN, ELISHA and JOSEPH OVERTON to her and her heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter TABATHA LOYD ten dollars to be paid by my three sons above named to her and her heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter POLLY OVERTON one cow and calf one feather bed and furniture and ten dollars to be paid by my three sons above named to her and her heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter TAMSEY SMITH ten dollars to be paid by my three sons above named, to her and her heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter LATHY HUNT ten dollars to her and her heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter NANCY HUNT ten dollars to be paid by my three sons above named to her and her heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter BARBARY MERRICK ten dollars to be paid by my three sons above named to her and her heirs forever.
Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter SUKY WOOTON ten dollars to be paid by my three sons above named to her and her heirs forever.
The ballance of my property not disposed of my will and desire is that it be equally divided between all my children or their lawfull heirs to them and there heirs forever.
Lastly I do nominate and appoint my two sons ELISHA OVERTON and JOSEPH OVERTON my Executors to this my last Will and Testament revoking all other wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 2nd day of June 1823.

I LEVI PINNELL of the County of Franklin & State of N. Carolina being weak in body though of sound memory & understanding blessed be God Do this Twenty seventh day of November in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred & one, make & constitute this my last Will & Testament, in manner & form following,
First, I recommend my soul to Almighty God who made it.
Imprimis, I give my body to the earth from whence it was taken in full hope of a happy resurrection unto life Eternal Amen.
Item}  I give to my brother WASHINGTON PINNELL the land & plantation whereon I now live.
Item}  I give to my brother GREEN PINNELL the other part of my land the dividing line begining at a Turkey oak in St. JOHN's line runing South to my Spring branch and then down sd branch to its mouth, the whole amounting to 136 ½ acres, I desire the plantation may be rented out untill my brother WASHINGTON PINNELL comes of age and the money to be equally divided between him & my brother GREEN PINNELL.
Item}  I give and bequeath to my sister NANCY PINNELL my mare & colt saddle & bridle.
Item}  I give to my brother RIAL PINNELL all my household furniture except one bed & that to be sold and the money to be equally divided between him & my sister VESTY COLBERT.
Item}  I desire all the other property that I may die possessed of be equally divided between my brother RIAL PINNELL & my sister VESTY COLBERT.
Item}  I give unto JUDITH ANDERS the sum of twelve dollars to be paid to her of out of a parish ticket.
Also I appoint & ordain my Father JOHN PINNELL & my brother RIAL PINNELL Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

I ABEL STRICKLIN of the County of Franklin & State of N. Carolina being weak in body though of perfect mind & memory do make and ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following, viz;
First of all I give soul into the hands of God that gave it.
And as to my worldly goods where with it hath pleased God to bless me with I give demise & bequeath in the following manner,
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife NANNY STRICKLIN the use of my land & plantation whereon I now live during her natural life or widowhood, also one grey horse, also all the hogs that belongs to the home Plantation, about thirty one, four cows & calves, also two feather beds & furniture, also all the house hold furniture of every kind whatsoever, and all the plantation tools, all kind & sort, also all my crop of corn & fodder, all the above property that I have lent my wife NANNY STRICKLIN, is during her natural life or widowhood.
I give unto my beloved son KINSMAN STRICKLIN one bay horse the sd horse to be sold at public sale and the money so arising to be put out upon interest untill the said KINSMAN arives to the age of twenty one years and all the remainder of my estate that has not been heretofore mentioned I leave to be sold at public sale by my Executors and the money so arising to be equally divided amongst the rest of my children to wit KINDRED STRICKLIN, KINSBURD STRICKLIN, KINNUELL STRICKLIN, KINYERD STRICKLIN. And the said money to be put out on interest untill they arrive to the age of twenty one years or if either of my daughters should marry before they arrive at twenty one years of age then their part to be delivered unto them by my Execrs. or their Guardians. And the land on plantation whereon I live after the death of my wife or her marriage I give unto my son KINYERD STRICKLIN to him and his heirs & assigns forever.
And I do hereby make and ordain this my last Will & Testament, and appoint my beloved brother OBEDIAH STRICKLIN & my worthy friend BENJAMIN UPCHURCH as my Executors of this my last Will & Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 4th October 1801.

I PHILIP WILHITE of the County of Franklin & State of N. Carolina being weak in body and low in health but of sound mind, and memory do institute and ordain this my last Will and Testament.
My soul I do recommend into the hands of God that gave it and my body to the Earth at the discretion of my Executors and as my worldly estate that God has pleased to bless me with I give, demise, bequeath and dispose of in the following manner (viz)
To my loving wife RACHEL WILHITE I lend the land and Plantation where on I now live, on the South side of Sandy Creek together with houses and orchards for use during such time as she may live single, either by marriage or keeping a man in the house in all undestined manner. I also lend my loving wife one Negro woman named JUDE with increase from this time, also a Negro boy named RACK, also one mare named Ginny, one horse called Dick, also four cows of her choice, three sows, two beads, with their steads & furniture, one pot, one Duch [sic] oven, one chest called hers, two basons, one dish, four plates, half a dozen spoons, half a dozen knives & forks, one frying pan, two grubing hoes, four hilling hoes, three plow hoes, three axes, one table, four chairs, one side saddle, one pair flat irons, one looking glass, two bottle, one jug, two bread tray, one sifter, one sifter, five casks, two meal tubs, during her life or other wise as my will directs; and afterwards to be disposed of as I shall hereafter direct.
To my son WILLIAM WILHITE I give one Negro girl named BETHA.
To my son LEWIS WILHITE one Negro boy named PLEASANT and his heirs forever.
To my son AMBROSE WILHITE one Negro boy named BOB and his heirs forever.
To my son PHILIP WILHITE one Negrom woman named CLOE and increase forever.
To my daughter RHODA NEWSOME one Negro boy named PATRICK to her and her heirs forever.
To my daughter RACHEL PERSON one Negro boy named DOCTOR to her & heirs forever.
To my daughter POLLEY GRIMES one Negro boy named JACK.
To my daughter PATTY HACKLEY after the decease of her mother or other wise as my will direct I give the Negro woman JUDA and to her increase forever, if any.
To my son JOHN WILHITE one Negro boy named PEACH & his heirs for ever, after the decease of his mother or otherise as my will directs.
To my son GABRIEL WILHITE one Negro girl named TILLAH, to him and his heirs forever.
To my daughter NANCY WILHITE I give one Negro girl named LUCY to her and her heirs forever.
To my daughter SALLEY WILHITE I give one Negro girl named HIVEY & her heirs forever.
To my son YOUNG WILHITE one Negro woman named CADE with increase forever.
To GABRIEL WILHITE I give my land on the North side of Sandy Creek to him & his heirs forever.
To YOUNG WILHITE I give my land and Plantation lying on the South side of Sandy Creek, after the decease of his mother or otherwise as my will directs to him and his heirs forever.
To PATTEY HACKLEY one bed and furniture, and one chest called hers.
To NANCY WILHITE one bed & furniture & one chest called hers.
To SALLEY WILHITE one bed & furniture & one chest called hers.
All the rest of my Estate whatsoever not mentioned within the limits of my will be exposed to public sale, the money thence arising from sale, debts &c, to satisfy just debts, and the residue if any to be equally divided among my sons and daughters.
It is also my will that the property lent to my wife except land & Negroes after her decease should be equally divided amongst my sons and daughters hereafter mentioned, viz, AMBROUS, LEWIS, RACHEL, RHODA, SALLEY, NANCY, WM, GABRIEL and POLLEY.
Lastly I appoint my son WM. WILHITE and GABRIEL WILHITE Executors of this my Last Will & Testament, disanuling all former Wills, and declaring this to be my last Will in relation whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of March A.D. 1801.
