Jesse Thaggard family

This picture was in a small tin type booklet owned by Harriet "Hattie" Catherine Tatum McBride (1894-1965) of Ammon. Written under the tin type was Jesse Thaggard and family. I have no idea who Jesse Thaggard was. I do know that Hattie McBride was the granddaughter of Harriet Mathilda Thaggard Melvin (1850 - 1913). If anyone can tell me about Jesse Thaggard, please write.
