Commissioners were appointed by the court to divide and allot lands belonging to the estate of Ingram Rhodes deceased among the heirs at law. Land was on the north side of Buck Swamp and west side of the thoroughfare adjoining the lands of Moses Crow, William McClenny, the heirs of Barfield Grantham and the heirs of Christopher Hollomon. [Location is in the Corbett Hill area of Grantham township.]

Lot 2 - Louisa Rhodes, 37 1/2 acres
Lot 3 - Sarah E. Rhodes, 34 acres
Lot 4 - Druzilla Rhodes, 27 1/2 acres
Lot 5 - Ann M. Jennett, 70 acres
Lot 6 - Mary J. Grantham, 69 acres
Lot 7 - John C. Rhodes, 69 acres
