June Session 1809

Ordered that Ann Wynne have leave of administration on the estate of George Wynne deceased and has given bond in the sum of two thousand pounds Joseph Ansley Esqr. & John Hassell her securities.

Ordered that James Hoskins Richard Davis & Levi Batman lay off a years allowance to the widdow of George Wynne deceased & make return to next court.

Ordered that Ann Wynne relict of George Wynne deceased sell the perishable estate of said deceased agreeable to law and make returns to next court.

September Session 1809

Ann Wynne widdow of George Wynne returned on oath the account of sales & inventory of the estate of George Wynne deceased.

July Session 1811

Ordered Levi Batman Richard Wood and Robert Wynne be appointed to audite the estate of George Wynne deceased and divide the same among the heirs.

October Session 1811

Selby Wynne returned in court the divided & settled account of the estate of George Wynne deceased.

Ordered that Ann Wynne be appointed guardian to Mahaley Wynne & Lydia Wynne orphans of George Wynne deceased who has given bond in the sum of one thousand pounds John Batman and Solomon Hassell Esqr. securities.

Benjamin Wynne came into open court and chose Ann Wynne his mother for his guardian who has given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds John Batman Senr. and Solomon Hassell securities.

January Session 1813

Ordered that Ann Wynne administratrix of George Wynne deceased be allowed sixteen dollars for keeping Benjamin Wynn's negroe boy also that she be allowed twelve dollars for keeping Lyda Wynn's negroe girl for sixteen months also that she be allowed twenty four dollars for keeping Mahala Wynn's negroe for sixteen months the above account is allowed from the division of George Wynne deceased to the present date as per account filed total amount is $52.

April Session 1816

Ordered that Selby Wynn be appointed guardian to Lydia and Mahala Wynn orphans of George Wynn and has entered into bond in the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars and gives for his securities James Dillon and Adkins Wynn.

Ordered that Col. Jesse Alexander Joseph Ansley Esqr. and James Hoskins be appointed to settle the accounts of Lydia and Mahala Wynn with their former guardian and to make returns to next court.

July Session 1816

Ordered that James Hoskins Jesse Alexandr & Joseph Ansley Esqr. be appointed to audite & settle the accounts between James Dillon former guardian to Lydia & Mahala Wynne & the said Lydia & Mahala & make return to next term.

October Session 1816

Selby Wynn returned in court the audited account of James Dillon and wife former guardians to Lydia and Mahala Wynn orphans of George Wynn ballance due the heirs one hundred and sixty four pounds ten shillings and 9 d.

April Session 1822

The following persons appeared in open court and renewed their guardian bonds as the law requires viz. - Joshua Spruill guardian to James S. Spruill Joshua Spruill guardian to Franklin Spruill Silby Wynne guardian to Mahala Wynne Richard Lucas guardian to Harriate Fuller Patsey Etheridge to Elizabeth Etheridge Spencer Midyett guardian to Franklin, Jordan & Spencer Alexander - all of whom entered into bonds with approved security & their several bonds filed.

October Session 1825

Ordered that John Haughton Enoch Hasell Samuel Spruill Zeb. Tarkenton & B. W. Haulsey be appointed commissioners to divide the land of George Wynne deceased between his heirs at law and make return to next court.

Bond dated 15 Oct 1811 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Ann Wynne guardian of Benjamin Wynne orphan of George Wynne deceased, John Batman Senr. & Solomon Hassell Esqr. securities.

Bond dated 15 Oct 1811 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing Ann Wynne guardian of Mahaley Wynne & Lydia Wynne orphans of George Wynne deceased, John Batman Senr. & Solomon Hassell Esqr. securities.

Summons issued 20 May 2014 for James McCabe administrator of William Hatfield and Hezekiah Spruill to appear at court on the second Monday in July next to answer a plea of debt by Ann Wynne administratrix of George Wynne in the amount of 100 dollars which they unjustly detain plus 50 dollars damages.

Bail bond dated 2 Jul 1814 in the amount of 300 dollars guaranteeing the appearance of James McKabe Hezekiah Spruill & Robert Webster at court on the second Monday in July next to answer to the administrators of George Wynne in a plea of debt in the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars.

Bond dated 10 Apr 1816 in the amount of twelve hundred and fifty pounds appointing Selby Wynne guardian of Lydia Wynne orphan of George Wynne deceased, James Dillin & Adkins Wynne securities.

Bond dated 10 Apr 1816 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing Selby Wynne guardian of Mahala Wynne orphan of George Wynne deceased, James Dillin & Adkins Wynne securities.

Bond dated 3 Apr 1822 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing Selby Wynne guardian of Mahala Wynne orphan of George Wynne deceased, Danl. Bateman & Richd. Lucas securities.

Petition October Term 1825 by James Ferebee and Mahala his wife stating the George Wynne died intestate leaving as heirs at law Selby Adkins Benjamin Mahala & Lydia his children. Your petitioner James Ferebee intermarried with Mahala one of the said heirs at law. Selby Wynne one of the aforesaid heirs at law purchased the proportional shares of the other heirs in the lands of the said intestate. The said Selby Wynne died leaving as his heirs at law his children George Frederick Benjamin & Jeremiah, infants under the age of 21 years. Petitioners pray the division of the lands of the said George Wynne deceased between your petitioner in right of his wife Mahala and the heirs at law of the said Selby Wynne deceased.
