January Session 1821
Administration on the estate of Stephen Waterman was committed to Joseph Ansley who entered into bond with approved security & quallified agreeable to law Ordered that letters of administration issue thereon & that he proceed to sell the perishable estate of said deceased & account for the same as the law directs.
April Session 1821
Joseph Ansley administrator on the estate of Stephen Waterman deceased made known in open court that there is no property belonging to said estate yet come to his hands.
