Warrant for C. E. Hopkins & Benj. F. Sikes and summons for Joseph Pledger, administrator of Jesse E. Williams deceased, dated the 4th Monday of January 1853 and issued 8 Mar 1853 for them to be in court on the 4th Monday in April next to answer unto Joshua Watson in a plea of debt which the said Hopkins & Sikes owe and the said Pledger detains to the amount of $150 with interest from 14 Jan 1851. Damage $50.
