Bond dated 27 Jan 1845 in the amount of $500 appointing James F. Davenport administrator of the estate of Frederick Davenport deceased, Matthias Owens & Thos, Lewis securities.
Court order at January Term 1845 for James A. Spruill, James S. Spruill & Richard Davenport to lay off to Joanna Spruill her years allowance out of her deceased husband's crop, stock & provisions.
Report returned January Term 1846 and dated 5 Dec 1844 of the laying off of the years allowance to Joanna Spruill, widow of Frederick Spruill deceased. [Appears it should be dated 5 Dec 1845.]
