Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
December Session 1736
An inventory of the estate of Godfrey Spruill deceased exhibited into court and prayed to be proved which is duly proved by the oath of Rebecah Spruill adminr. to the said estate.
On motion of Rebeckah Spruill praying an order to sell all the goods and chattles accoding to an inventory exhibited at publick vandue granted and ordered that a copy of the inventory be put up at the court house and that the day of sale of the same be on ye 15th of this instant.
Account is duly proved against the estate of Godfrey Spruill decd. for the sum of seven pounds in bills by Henry Norman due to him.
