First- I lend to my loving wife Ziba Sanders the tract of land on which I now live to her use and benefit during her natural life and at her death I give it to my son John Sanders and his heirs forever, together with one bed and after my death and my debts are paid, I give the balance of my property to be equally divided between my four daughters Nancy, Martha, Elizabeth and Mary, and I hereby make, and ordain this my last Will and Testament.

Bond dated 25 Oct 1853 in the amount of $500 appointing Wm. Jarvis administrator with the will attached of Seth Sanders deceased, James F. Davenport & Joseph Basnight securities.
Petition October Term 1853 of Zibba Sanders, widow of Seth Sanders, who shows that her husband died about July 1853 having published his last will and testament which was admitted to probate at this term. Wm. Jarvis has qualified as administrator of the testator's estate with the will annexed. Said Zibba caused her dissent to be entered by her attorney at the present term. Petitioner is desirous of having her year's allowance laid off to herself and family out of the crop, stock and provisions on hand and prays commissioners be appointed.
Petition October Term 1853 of Zibba Sanders, widow of Seth Sanders, who shows that her husband died about July 1853 having published his last will and testament which was admitted to probate at this term. Petitioner has filed her dissent thereto to be entered of record and she desires to have her thirds laid off out of the real estate of which the said testator died seized and possessed, about 53 acres joining William Jarvis, Joseph Basnight & Abraham Alexander. He left surviving him John, Nancy wife of John Dowdy & Elizabeth Sanders, Mary Sanders an infant of tender years leaving also Samuel, Betsy & Anne Jarvis infants of Patsy Jarvis and without guardian. She prays process, appointment of a guardian ad litem to said infants and laying off of her dower in said real estate.

Basnight, Benj. Brickhouse, Wm. C. Snell, Wm. Davis, James Forbes, John W. Tarkenton & Thos. M. Alexander. She received 20 acres more or less.
Examination of the papers in the hands of Wm. Jarvis administrator of Seth Sanders on 26 Apr 1856. Estate is due $31.70 with interest calculated to 25 Apr 1856.
