Account of Allen Ramsey with John Trotter from 1793 to 1797.
Various summons, appearance bonds and executions related to suits entered by the estate of Allen Ramsey against Nehemiah Spruill Senr., Jeremiah Tarkenton & Joseph Hassell & Col. Hezekiah Spruill, John Foster, John Cotteral and Major Isaac Patrick. There are also many summons and payment vouchers for witnesses. Nothing appears to be of genealogical significance. There was apparently a will as Alexander Miller and Joseph Talley (?) are listed as executors. There are a number of estate files for Allen Ramsey in neighboring counties at the same time.
