Bond dated 25 Oct 1847 in the amount of $3,000 appointing Bartlet Jones Junr. guardian to Louisa Patrick & Mariah Patrick orphans of Jno. Patrick deceased, Bartlet Jones Senr. & Chas. McClees securities.
Petition October Term 1847 of Bartlet Jones Junr. and wife Louisa and Maria Patrick, heirs at law of John Patrick. They show they are tenants in common of negros Eliza, Lemuel, Casanda, Ann & Calvin, each entitled to half of said negros. They pray a division of said negros so they can own their respective shares in severalty.
Petition October Term 1847 of Bartlet Jones Junr. and wife Louisa and Maria Patrick, heirs at law of John Patrick. Petitioners show they are tenants in common of 90 acres joining Frederick Patrick, David Cooper and the heirs of Thomas Liverman, it being the land that descended to them from John Patrick Junr.. Petitioners desire a division of said land so they can own their share in severalty.

Division 10 Dec 1847 of the lands of John Patrick. Lot 1, the north end of the tract, was divided to Louisa Jones wife of Bartlet Jones and Lot 2, the south end of the tract, was divided to Maria Patrick. Charles McClees, T. L. Cooper, Q. M. Sawyer, James McClees & F. E. Alfred were commissioners.
