Perry, Abner, 1848
Bond dated 23 Apr 1849 in the amount of $1,000 appointing William J. Beasley administrator of the estate of Abner Perry deceased, John H. Combs & James Sutton securities.
Petition July Term 1850 of William J. Beasley who shows that he was appointed administrator of the estate of Abner Perry deceased at January Term 1848. He has paid the debts of the estate and is desirous to pay over to the parties entitled the balance now in his hands. The distributees of the estate are petitioner and wife Sarah, Isaac W. Parker and wife Celia, Martha Perry, William Perry and wife Frusey, Jos. Perry, Johnson Perry, William Perry, Barney Evans and wife Ascenith, William Valentine and wife Rachael, that the said Martha Perry is an infant of tender years and that William Perry and wife Frusey, Jos. Perry, Johnson Perry, William Perry, Barney Evans and wife Ascenith, William Valentine and wife Rachael are residents of another state. Petitioner prays notification of the distributees and that the account be settled. The court found the balance in the administrators hands to be $153.01 and that Isaac W. Parker and wife Celia, Martha Perry, Wm. Perry and wife Frusey, Jos. Perry, Johnson Perry, Wilson Perry, Barney Evans and wife Ascenith and Wm. Valentine and wife Rachael each receive $19.12.

No trace of Abner Perry can be found in Tyrrell or surrounding counties which leads me to believe he died young and the heirs are siblings except for Martha who is likely the child of a deceased sibling.
