Bond dated 21 Apr 1850 in the amount of $5,000 appointing Samuel Rogers administrator of the estate of Mary Ann Myers deceased, James Brickhouse & Richard Davenport securities.
Petition October Term 1850 of Thomas B. Myers, Indianna Myers & John Myers by their guardian Samuel Rogers and Henry T. Myers by his guardian Joseph B. Davenport who show that petitioners are tenants in common to certain slaves belonging to the estate of Mary Ann Myers deceased being the share she received as her portion as one of the heirs of Thomas B. Myers deceased, of which slaves she died seized and possessed, having your petitioners her only heirs at law. Petitioners pray a division of said slaves so each may hold their share in severalty.

Petition January Term 1853 by Samuel Rogers, administrator of Mary Ann Myers deceased, who states that the said Mary Ann Myers, an infant daughter of the late Thomas B. Myers, departed this life intestate in 1848 and your petitioner qualified as administrator at April Term 1850. He has settled up her estate, paid all her debts and has an amount in his hands to which the distributees are entitled. Petitioner shows that the next of kin and distributees are Thomas B. Myers who is of full age and Indiana & John & Henry Myers which three are infants. Joseph B. Davenport is guardian to Henry the aforesaid infant and your petitioner is guardian to the said Indiana & John. He prays a guardian ad litem be appointed to the said two children and that the parties be summoned so a settlement can be made.
Account of Samuel Rogers, administrator of Mary Ann Myers, with the estate current to 24 Jan 1853. It lists the amount of $683.49 received from Charles Latham, administrator of Thomas B. Myers with interest calculated up to 28 Apr 1851.
