Ordered that Spencer Midgett have leave of administration on the estate of Maurice Midgett deceased and has entered into bond in the sum of five hundred pounds and given for security Solomon Hassell and Archibald Etheridge.
Ordered that Spencer Midgett administrator of Maurice Midgett deceased have leave to sell the perishable estate of said deceased and make returns to next court.
Spencer Midgett administrator of Maurice Midgett returned into open court the inventory of the estate of said deceased.
Spencer Midgett returned into court the account of sales of Maurice Midgett deceased to amount of one hundred and forty six dollars & 27 1/2 cents.
Ordered that Saml. Spruill Thomas Leigh and Danl. Sawyer Esqrs. be appointed to set off to Polly Midgett widow of Maurice Midgett deceased her years allowance agreeable to act of assembly and make returns to next court.
