Bond dated 23 Oct 1849 in the amount of $2,000 appointing Charles McClees administrator of the estate of Willis W. Lewis deceased, H. E. Lewis & S. S. Simmons securities.
Account of Dr. Willis W. Lewis for the year 1849 with the firm of Ward & Fessenden. Last purchase was 25 Jul 1849.
There are several executions against the goods & chattels, lands and tenements of Willis W. Lewis in the hands of his administrator, Charles McClees in favor of the firm of W. W. Ward & Benj. F. Fessenden and L. K. Sanders & Co.
