Liverman, Patty, 1850


Bond dated 6 Sep 1850 in the amount of $166.79 binding Ashbe Liverman, administrator of Prusha Liverman, with Jesse Sikes & J. L. Jones securities. The condition of the bond is whereas Asa D. Liverman, administrator of Patty Liverman, hath paid over to the said Ashbe Liverman administrator the sum of $83.38, it being the distributive share of the intestates estate. If any further demands on the estate of the intestate should arise, the said Ashbe Liverman administrator shall pay his share of said demand and this bond is null and void, otherwise in full effect.

Bond dated 10 Sep 1850 in the amount of $166.79 binding Mary Liverman with Franklin Liverman & Frederic Liverma securities. The condition of the bond is whereas Asia D. Liverman, administrator of Patty Liverman, hath paid over to the said Mary Liverman the sum of $83.38, it being the distributive share of the intestates estate. If any further demands on the estate of the intestate should arise, the said Mary Liverman shall pay her share of said demand and this bond is null and void, otherwise in full effect.

Bond dated 21 Sep 1850 in the amount of $166 binding Jesse Sikes, administrator of Thompson Liverman, with Ashbe B. Liverman security. The condition of the bond is whereas Asia D. Liverman, administrator of Patty Liverman, hath paid over to the said Jesse Sikes administrator the sum of the distributive share of the intestates estate. If any further demands on the estate of the intestate should arise, the said Jesse Sikes administrator shall pay his share of said demand and this bond is null and void, otherwise in full effect.

Bond dated 16 Dec 1850 in the amount of $166.79 binding Chas. McClees, administrator of Maria Davenport, with himself and Thomas Swain securities. The condition of the bond is whereas Asa D. Liverman, administrator of Patty Liverman, hath paid over to the said Charles McClees administrator the sum of $83.38, it being the distributive share of the intestates estate. If any further demands on the estate of the intestate should arise, the said Charles McClees administrator shall pay his share of said demand and this bond is null and void, otherwise in full effect.


Transcriber's Notes:

See the 1818 will and estate papers of Thomas Liverman. Three of the four heirs of Patty Liverman are children of Thomas Liverman but Patty is not mentioned in his will.
