Liverman, Wilson, 1847


Petition January Term 1851 of Charles McClees as administrator of Wilson Liverman who shows that said Liverman died some years since in Tyrrell, the County of his domicile and petitioner has been his administrator since 1 Feb 1849. The personal property of his intestate is very small, amounting to just a few dollars and is not sufficient to pay the debts of the estate which amount to about $900 and the charges of administration being from $30 to $50. Said Liverman died seized and possessed of 120 acres bounded on the west by Fred Liverman, on the north by the main road, on the east by Franklin Liverman and on the south by creeks and swamps, all of which it is necessary to sell to pay the said indebtedness and charges. Petitioner prays a decree to sell said land.
