Liverman, Frederick, 1846
Bond dated 26 Jan 1846 in the amount of $600 appointing Hardy Liverman administrator of the estate of Fredk. Liverman deceased, Jesse Sikes & Jesse McClees securities.
Court decree dated 4 Apr 1846 for the Sheriff to appoint a jury to lay off the dower of Mary Liverman, widow of Frederick Liverman in the lands of her deceased husband.
Petition April Term 1846 of Mary Liverman whose late husband Frederick Liverman departed this life intestate in January 1846 without having made provision for her or the family. Petitioner prays her years allowance bet set aside and any deficiency be paid by Hardy Liverman, administrator of her deceased husband's estate.
Petition April Term 1846 of Mary Liverman, widow of Frederick Liverman, who shows that her husband died seized and possessed of 225 acres of land joining Nancy & Miles Liverman and 230 acres of swamp on the Northwest Fork in which she is entitled to dower. She prays a court order for the laying off of her dower in said lands,
Laying off of the dower of Mary Liverman in the lands of her deceased husband, Frederick Liverman, on 8 Jun 1846 by J. L. Jones Sheriff and Thomas Jones, Isaac Meekins, David Cahoon, Wm. B. Cahoon, Turner Dunbar, Burton Cahoon, Jonathan Basnight, Elikem Swain, Jesse Sawyer, F. E. Alfred, Bartlet Jones & Timothy Jones. The plantation was 260 acres joining James S. Cahoon and the widow received 86 acres including the dwellin and outhouses.
Petition January Term 1848 of Hardy Liverman, administrator of Frederick Liverman deceased, against Jordan, Mary & Eliza Liverman, infant heirs of the said Frederick Liverman. Petitioner has administered the estate for two years now and wishes to settle the estate. He prays appointment of an auditor and settlement of the estate with the heirs.
There are a number of documents in this file dealing with a suit in which Hardy Liverman, administrator of Frederick liverman deceased, is plaintiff and Britton Liverman is defendant.
