In the name of God amen: This 26th day of Feby. 1812 I Justice B. Liverman of the State and County aforesaid farmer being in a low state of health of body but of perfect sound mind and memory but calling to mind the mortality of my body and it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament first of all I recommend my soul to the hand of Almighty God that give it and as touching such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with I demise and dispose of in the following manner and for Viz:
Item - I leave unto my beloved wife Brookey Livermon the sole use of my land from my death until my two sons Ashby & Patrick Livermon comes of age at which time two thirds thereof to be equally divided between them and the other third to remain to the use of my wife Brookey Livermon during her life time and then to be equally divided between my two sons. I leave unto my beloved wife Brookey Livermon the sole use of all my negores from my death until my three daughter Britiana Mary & Elizabeth Livermon becomes of age at which time two thirds of said negroes to be equally divided between my three daughters and the other third thereof to remain in the use and possession of my wife Brookey Livermon during her life time and then to be equally divided between my three daughters. I leave unto my son Ashbery Livermon one fowling piece. I leave unto my three daughters Britinia Polly and Elizabeth Liverman one bed and furniture each to them and to their heirs forever.
Item - I leave unto my beloved wife Brookey Liverman all the rest of my property during her widdowhood otherwise he natural life time then to be equally divided between my sons and daughters Ashby Liverman Patrick Liverman Britiania Liverman Mary Livermon and Elizabeth Livermon to them and to their heirs forever. The intent and meaning of this my last will and testament is in as ample a manner as the learned in law could devise and I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Brookey Liverman my sole executrix to this my last will and testament and do acknowledge this and no other to be my last will and testament

This will was proved in open court in due form of law by the oath of Daniel Sawyer who swore he saw the two subscribing witnesses sign their name also and that they saw the testator sign seal and pronounce this instrument to be his last will and testament.

The last will and testament of Justice B. Livermon was proved in open court by Daniel Sawyer Esqr. & filed - - Brooke Livermon quallified as executrix to the above will.
Brooke Livermon returned to court an account of sales & inventory of Justice B. Livermon on oath.
Ordered that John A. Patrick Charles Hoskins and Joseph White audite the estate of Justice B. Livermon and make return to next court.
Ordered that Brookey Livermon be appointed guardian protem to the orphans of Justice B. Livermon deceased.
Ordered Brookey Liverman be appointed guardian to Brittani B. Livermon Polly W. Livermon Ashby B. Livermon Betsy S. Livermon and Patrick Livermon orphans of Justice B. Livermon deceased and has given bond in the sum of two thousand pounds Daniel Sawyer and Isaac B. Livermon securities.
October Session 1812
Ordered that John Clayton Tubman Dashiel and Timothy Jones audite the estate of Justice B. Livermon and settle the accounts between him and Thomas B. Livermon's administrator and make return to next court.
January Session 1813
Brookey Livermon returned in court the audited account between Justice B. Livermon as guardian to Thomas Livermon Junr. and find a balance due to the said Thomas Livermon $44.56 filed.
April Session 1814
Ordered that Pembrock Liverman executrix to the estate of Justice Liverman deceased be allowed for keeping Betsy Liverman Patrick Liverman James & Andrew 10 pounds per year each amounting to 80 pounds to be allowed out of the said decaseds estate - - the account filed.

Bond dated 15 Jul 1812 in the amount of two thousand pounds appointing Brookey Liverman guardian of Brittani Polley Ashbee Betsy & Patrick Liverman orphans of Justice B. Liverman deceased, Isaac B. Liverman & Daniel Sawyer Esqr. securities.
Summons dated 13 Jan 1813 and issued 24 Feb 1813 for Isaac B. Liverman Thomas Liverman Senr. and his wife Phebe and Brookey Liverman widow of Justice B. Liverman and guardian to Polley Betsy Patrick Ashbury & Brittey Liverman to appear at court the second Monday of April next to answer unto a petition by Isaac B. Liverman and others for a division of the property of Thomas B. Liverman Junr. deceased.
Execution dated 11 Apr 1814 against the goods and chattels of Isaac Liverman Demsey Liverman Thos. Liverman Senr. & Brookey Liverman guardian of the heirs of Justice B. Liverman deceased for five pounds nineteen shillings and 9 pence for the costs of a suit.
Petition July term 1827 by Ashby Liverman stating that his father Justice B. Liverman died after executing a last will & testament which has been admitted to probate. This will devises to the petitioner and his brother Patrick an infant at this time under twenty one years a tract of two hundred acres adjoining Edward Baum Isaiah Cahoon and others as tenants in common. Petitioner prays that the court order a division of this tract of land.
Summons dated the fourth Monday of July 1827 and issued 27 Sep 1827 for Patrick Liverman by his guardian Pembroke Liverman to appear in court on the fourth Monday in October next to show cause why agreeable to the petition of Ashby Liverman a partition should not be made of the land devised jointly to him and the petitioner.
