Petition April Term 1849 of Mary Jones stating the Thomas F. Jones died in March 1849 leaving your petitioner unprovided for. He left a considerable personal estate out of which petitioner is entitled to a year's maintenance for herself and her family. She prays her year's allowance be set off to her.
