Ordered that Richard Howett administer on the estate of Ann Mariah Howett and that he enter into a bond of three thousand dollars with John J. Alexander & Jonathan Tweedy securities.

Howett, Ann Mariah, 1842
Bond dated 25 Apr 1842 in the amount of $3,000 appointing Richard Howett administrator of the estate of Ann Mariah Howett deceased, Jno. J. Alexander & Jonathan Tweedy securities.
Petition at April Term 1842 of Richard Howett, administrator of Ann Mariah Howett shows that the intestate died recently an infant of tender years who was in ward to Nelson Alexander, who took into his possession a considerable amount of property from the rents & hires of which he made considerable profits for which he was liable to his intestate. Said Nelson is now dead and John J. Alexander has duly administered upon his estate and taken into his possession assets mor than sufficient to answer petioners claim. He wishes to settle the accounts between the parties and prays the necessary order.
Agreeable to a petition filed at April Term 1842 by Richard Howett, administrator of Ann Mariah Howett, against John J. Alexander, administrator of Nelson Alexander deceased, who was guardian to the said Ann Mariah Howett for said John J. Alexander to account we after duly examined the accounts do find that the said John J. Alexander administrator as aforesaid is indebted to the petitioner, Richard Howett, to the amount of one hundred and fifty dollars which the petitioners express themselves satisfied with all of which is respectfully submitted. 14 Jul 1842.
