In the name of God amen: I, Richard Faggans of the County and Province afforesaid being in good health and of sound disposing mind and memory thanks to Almighty God for the same do this twenty ninth day of November in the thirteenth year of the reign of our sovereign Lord King George the third make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say).

Imprimis - I recommend my sole into the hands of Almighty God that give it me and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discession of my executors hereafter named.

Item - I lend unto my dearly beloved Sary Fagan during her widowhood or natural life the dwelling house I now live in with all lands thereunto belonging and at the day of marriage or desease I give the same to my loving son Enoch Fagan to him & his heirs forever I likewise lend to my loving wife during her widowhood or natural life one negro man named Season one negro woman named Barbary and one negro garle name Thina and one negro girle named Fanny and after her decease or marriage I give and bequath the said negros and thier increase unto my loving son Enoch Fagan to him and his heirs and assigns forever I likewise lend unto my loving wife Sarah Fagan during her widowhood or natural life the one half of my cattle and hoggs and one horse named Spark and one bay mare and after hur marriage or decease I give the above said cattle and hoggs and horses and their increase unto my loving son Enoch Fagans to him and his heirs and assigns forever.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Mary Lee one negro girle named Bess unto her and her heirs forever.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Delilah Downing one nergo woman named Buck to her and her heirs and assigns forever.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my beloved son Enoch Fagans the remainder of all my lands and tenements whatsoever whereof I shall die stand in possesseion reversion or remainder I give to my said son Enoch Fagan and also the remainder part of my household goods and chattels herses cattle sheep and hoggs that are not yet given I say to my said son Enoch Fagan his heirs and assigns forever.

Item - I give all the rest and residue of my goods and chattels and personal estate whatsoever not yet given that I shall die it stand with I give unto my said son Enoch Fagan to him and his heirs forever and I make constitute and ordain my good and loving wife Sarah Fagan exececutrix and my loving son Enoch Fagan execcutor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and disanulling all other former wills and testaments heretofore made by me and confirming this writing contained in this one sheet of paper and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Richard Fagans have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written

The last will and testament of Richard Fagan deceased was proved in open court by the oath of Francis Ward one of the subscribing witnesses thereto & Enoch Fagan executor thereto took the oath & qualified thereto ordered that the Secretary have notice that letters testamentary may issue.
