Bond dated 18 Sep 1852 in the amount of $2,000 appointing Romulus B. Knight special administrator of the estate of William Dunn deceased, James S. Sutton & Jas. R. Norman securities. He is authorized to sell all the perishable estate of the deceased.

Bond dated 25 Oct 1852 in the amount of $1,000 appointing Romulus B. Knight administrator of the estate of William Dunn deceased, W. W. Walker & J. R. Norman securities.

Petition January Term 1855 of Romulus B. Knight, administrator of the estate of William Dunn, who shows that he was appointed administrator over two years ago and that after settling all liabilities a balance remains in his hands. He is desirous of paying over and getting clear of the matter. His intestate left surviving him as distributees and heirs at law Ellin Dunn who is entitled to 1/4th, Saml. Dunn entitled to 1/4th, your petitioner in right of his wife Matilda who was a daughter of said intestate and entitled to 1/4th and William Sawyer who is the grandson of said intestate, a minor and also entitled to 1/4th. Petitioner prays process, appointment of a guardian ad litem to the minor and that an accounting of the estate be directed.

Account of R. B. Knight, administrator of William Dunn, as of 25 Oct 1855 with interest calculated to that date.
