Bozman, Judith, 1855
Promissory note dated 10 Sep 1855 wherein S. S. Simmons promises to pay $150 with interest from 1 Jan 1855 to Thos. S. Johnston, executor of Judith Bozman for value received.
Warrant dated the 4th Monday in January 1856 and issued 10 Jan 1856 for S. S. Simmons to appear in court on the 4th Monday in April next to answer unto Thomas S. Johnston, executor of Judith Bozman, in a plea that he render unto him the sum of $150 which he unjustly detains to his damage $25.
