Billyers, Thomas, 1849
Warrant dated the 4th Monday in October 1848 and issued 12 Jan 1849 for the Sheriff to take the body of S. H. McRae and have him before the judges on the 4th Monday in January next to answer unto M. Owens to the use of Chas. Latham, administrator of Thomas B. Myers of a plea of a $100 debt.
