Bond dated 24 Jan 1854 in the amount of $500 appointing Jordan L. Jones administrator of the estate of Frederick Belangey deceased, Bartlet Jones & Ashby Liverman securities.
Bond dated 24 Jul 1854 in the amount of $200 appointing Franklin Liverman administrator of the estate of Frederick Belanga, J. F. Davenport & James M. davenport securities.
Current account of Jordan L. Jones adminstrator of the estate of Frederick Blanga as of 23 Apr 1855.
Petition July Term 1856 of Franklin Liverman, administrator de bonis non of Fred. Belanga who ststes that so far as he has been able to determine the debts of the estate amount to about $100 and the costs of administration increase that to about $125 and the personal estate of the intestate was worth about $82 which was exhausted for the widow and the payment of debts. Petitioner further shows that the intestate was possessed in fee simple of two acres worth about $11 joining Jo Anny Francis, Jas. Pledger and others which descended at his death to his brothers, all of whom are of age namely William Belanga, Elisha Belanga, Amos Belanga living in New Bern and Ms. Caroline Belanga. Sale of the said land is necessary, process and a court order for said sale is prayed.
