Arnold, Wilson D., 1854
Promissory note dated 11 Nov 1851 in which Thos. A. Clayton & John G. Alexander promise to pay $266 to Wilson D. Arnold for value received on or before 1 Jan 1854. Wm. L. Arnold witness.
Warrant for Thomas Clayton and summons for Caroline Alexander, administratrix of Joseph G. Alexander, dated the 4th Monday in January 1854 and issued 14 Mar 1854 to appear in court the 4th Monday in April next to answer unto Eliz. Arnold, administratrix of W. D. Arnold, to the use of J. J. Lindsay in a plea that they render unto her $266 which thet owe and detain to her damage $50.
