At wife's death, Estate to be divided between: BENJAMIN LAWTER, WILLIAM LAWTER, CHLOE LAWTER, MARY LAWTER, SARAH LAWTER, & ELIZABETH LAWTER, after paying JAMES LAWTER, five shillings.
