Sim Caldwell House

Built around 1920, this one-and-one-half-story frame bungalow was located on North Main Avenue
in Maiden. Square, tapered columns on low brick piers, support the engaged wraparound porch.
A front, gabled dormer was four windows wide. The home had two interior chimneys which were set
toward the back.
