Witnesseth that the sd. John WILLIAMS for and in consideration for he sum\u00a0of six pounds to him in hand paid by the sd. Jacob RHODES his Heirs and Assigns forever\u00a0A certain tract or parcel of land situate on the South side of Tuckahoe Creek.\u00a0Beginning at said WILLIAMS\u2019 corner, Red Oak on the side of the main Road in the old patent\u00a0line of Land patented by Abram BUSSET\u2019S running south eighty five East Eight poles to a\u00a0Hicory Stump said RHODES\u2019S corner then N seventy East twelve poles to a pine said \u00a0WILLIAM\u2019S corner then N 61 East sixteen poles to a Hicory then North thirty four west thirteen\u00a0poles to the old patent line aforesaid then along said line to the beginning being part of a tract\u00a0of land patented by sd. John WILLIAMS and part of a tract of land granted to Joseph KINSEY\u00a0containing by estimation three acres be the same more or less.<\/p>\n<p>To have and to hold the above mentioned land and premises and every part and parcel thereof\u00a0with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Jacob RHODES\u00a0to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said Jacob RHODES his Heirs and Assigns\u00a0forever and the said John WILLIAMS for himself and his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said\u00a0John WILLIAMS for himself and his Heirs the Aforesaid land and premises and every part and\u00a0parcel thereof against the claim and claims of any person or persons whatsoever claiming by\u00a0from or under him or his Heirs and against himself\u00a0and his Heirs to the said Jacob RHODES his Heirs and assigns shall and Will Warrant and\u00a0forever defend by these presents.
