DEED-Twiggs Co., Ga.-5 Dec. 1832<\/p>\n

State of Ga. Twiggs Co.-Know all men by these presents that I Jacob RHODES of said Co.\u00a0and State and heir of James RHODES late of N.C. Jones Co. dec’d for and in consideration\u00a0of the sum of $460 in hand paid at and before the sealing\u00a0and delivery of these presents heave bargained sold and conveyed unto Joseph T. RHODES\u00a0of said Co. of Twiggs all my right Title and Interest in and to the property of said dec’d both\u00a0real and personal to have and to hold the same forever in fie simple and I the said Jacob\u00a0RHDOES do bind myself my heirs exec. adm. and assigns unto the said Joseph T. RHODES\u00a0his heirs exec. adms. and assignes to warrant and defend the title to said property conveyed\u00a0from the lawfull claim or claims of every other person or persons forever and\u00a0furthermore I the said Jacob RHDOES do by these presents and frot the\u00a0consideration aforesaid constitute and appoint the said Joseph T. RHODES my\u00a0attorny in fact in my name and for his own use to sell a lien and convey my\u00a0entire interest in any lands belongs to the estate of said dec’d situated in\u00a0the state of N.C. to such persons or persons and for such sum of money as he\u00a0may think proper and full complete and sufficient deed or deeds conveyances fee simple\u00a0title to my said interest in said lands in my name and for his own use to make seal and\u00a0deliver and further to collect any moey due me from said\u00a0estate in the hands of any person or persons whatsoever and for the same\u00a0compound give receipt or other sufficient discharge in my name and for the use\u00a0aforsaid as fully and in every respect as of every? personally present hereby\u00a0ratifying and confirming and binding myself my heirs and to ratify and confirm\u00a0whatsoever my said attorney may do in the premices touching the matter herein contained by\u00a0virtue of these presents and that this letter of attorney be and remain irevocable, In Testamoney\u00a0whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of Dec. 1832.<\/p>\n
