JOHN\u00a0TAYLOR, father of SARAH CHANCE and RACEL BROOM, who died intestate in Craven\u00a0County, N.C. leaving to daughters 100 acres on the North side of Beaver Creek\u00a0which JOHN TAYLOR bought of PATRICK STANALAND and land descended to his\u00a0daughters at his death. They, with their husbands, sell land to SIMON SPIGHT\u00a0for 50 pounds the 100 acres now in Jones Co., N.C.
