It appears to the satisfaction of the Court, that JAMES COX, AND W. A.\u00a0DAVIS, and wife MARION, are non-residents of this State, it is therefore\u00a0ordered that publication be made in the North Carolina Standard, a newspaper\u00a0published in the City of Raleigh, six weeks, notifying the said defendants to\u00a0appear at the next Term of the Superior Court of said Countyk, when and where,\u00a0they an plead, answer or demur, or replevy or judgment pro confesso will be\u00a0taken as to them.<\/p>\n
