NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN —\u00a0That Benjamin Simmons, late of Jones County, died intestate and that at the\u00a0last Term of Jones County Court the Subscribers administered on the estate of\u00a0said deceased. All persons therefore who are indebted to said estate are\u00a0requested to make immediate payment and those having claims against it are\u00a0required to bring them forward properly authenticated within the time limited\u00a0by law, otherwise they will be barred of recovery.<\/p>\n
