HEREBY GIVES NOTICE<\/p>\n
That he has duly qualified as Executor to the last Will and Testament of\u00a0Anthony Hatch, Esq. late of Trenton, Jones county, deceased. \u00a0All persons having claims against said deceased’s Estate, are required to\u00a0bring them in legally attested for settlement within the time prescribed by\u00a0law, otherwise the statute of limitations, in such cases made and provided,\u00a0will be plead in barr against a recovery; and all persons indebted to the\u00a0Estate of said deceased, either by Note, Bond, or Account, are requested to\u00a0come forward and discharge the same without delay, or suits, in all cases of\u00a0failure, will be instituted by\u00a0Edmund Hatch, Sen. —\u00a0Executor<\/p>\n

WILL BE SOLD\u00a0at Trenton, Jones County –\u00a0The Perishable Property belonging to the estate of Anthony Hatch Esq., late of\u00a0Jones County dec’d: consisting of Corn\u2014Fodder\u2014Flour\u2014Horses\u2014Mules\u2014Cattle\u2014Hogs\u2014Household and Kitchen Furniture\u2014Plantation Tools &c.<\/p>\n
At the same time and place will be hired Eighteen or Twenty valuable Negro\u00a0fellows, some of whom are tradesman, and all of them good working hands, and a\u00a0number of Negro Women and Children. Also will be rented on the same day, for\u00a0three or more years, THE PLANTATION, MILLS DWELLING-HOUSE AND IMPROVEMENTS\u00a0attached thereto, belonging to said estate.<\/p>\n
For all purchases made, a Credit of Six Months will be given the purchasers on\u00a0their furnishing bond with approved securities, before the delivery of the\u00a0property. — \u00a0EDMUND HATCH, Sen. Executor.<\/p>\n
