Heath, all my lands including the plantation whereon I live, and the\u00a0two on Beaver Creek, known as the Joseph Rhem place and the John Heath plantation,\u00a0including the mansion house, all out houses, mills and other improvements, for his life\u00a0then to go to his children;<\/p>\n<p>I give all else to my nephew also, including money on hand and that due me and he to pay\u00a0my debts and funeral expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Exrs. my nephew Joel A.
