Surveyed for Jacob RHODES, one hundred acres of Land on the South side of Tuckahoe Creek Beginning at a Pine then beginning of his 150 acre Grant and runs with his given line S 74 E 221 poles to two stakes & two pines. Thence S 37 W 86 poles to a Pine. John SAUNDER’S? corner thence with his line N 80 W 54 poles to a Pine thence S 62 W 82 poles to a Pine thence a straighnt line to the Benning.
