Surveyed for Jacob RHODES one hundred and fifty acres of land on the south side of Tuckahoe Creek on AMIETS and Boar Branches joining his own and John WILLIAMS line beginning at a pine a corner of his other Survey Beginning North 36 East 145 poles to a Stake on his old line between pointers then with his own line East 114 poles to his own corner and WILLIAMS a red Oak then along WILLIAM’S line crossin Boar branch S 24 West 113 poles to a pine WILLIAM’S corner in a pond then along his other line N 82 East 122 poles to a Gum (—– AMIETS Branch) sd WILLIAM’S corner then south 37 West 110 poles to a stake then a direct line to the beginning.

At top of Survey:

50 Acres of this plat belonging to Fountain WILLIAMS 150 acres when found out.
