June Session 1758

The petition of John Day praying letters of administration on the estate of Thomas Yarrell deceased ordered that the same be certified to the Secretary of the Province and enters James Gainer & James Legitt securities in the sum of 200 pounds proclamation & tooke the oath by law appointed.

The petition of John Day read praying an order of sale of the estate of Thomas Yarrell & c. Granted according to the prayer of the afsd. petition.

September Session 1758

Personaly appeared Mary Yarrel orphan child of Thomas Yarrel deceased and on motion chose Samuel Wheately for her guardain & enters William Archdeckon and Thomas Wheately in the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds; On motion it is further ordered that Samuel Wheately is appointed gardain to Milly Yarrel.

September Session 1760

Read the petition of Samuel Wheatly pray an order of this court to take into his hand and possessions the estate of Mary & Milla Yaril orphans of Thomas Yarrel deceased in the hands of John Day admr. ordered that summons issue for John Day to appeare and settel his accts. of his administration of the estate of Thos. Yarrel deceased.

March Session 1761

Personally appeared Samuel Wheatley and exhibited his account against the estate of Thomas Yarrel deceased for boarding scholling & cloathing the sd. Yarrells two children one year & proved the same upon his oath.

Ordered that James Gainer pay the sd. sum of 10 pounds out of the estate of Mary Yarrell and Mille Yarrell estate.

June Session 1759 ?

Read the petition of John Day pray that the worshipfull court will let him have the bringing up of the children of my unkel Thomas Yarrel deceased and on motion of John Parson att. to have the bringing up of Mathew Yarrel son of the sd. Thomas Yarrel, ordered that John Day be and is appointed guardain to Mathew Yarrel orphan of Thomas Yarrel and enters {unreadable} Gainer & Francis Kennedy Esqr. securities in the sum of one hundred pounds.

September Session 1762

Ordered that summons issue for John Day administrator of ye estate of Thomas Yarrel deceased to appear at our next court to render his accounts of the sd. estate Isse. Northampton.

June Session 1763

Personally appeared James Gainer administrator of Thomas Yarrell deceased & paid into the hands of Samuel Wheatley guardian to Mille & Mary Yarrell in open court ten pounds procl. money.

December Session 1764

James Gainer exhibited an account against the estate of Thomas Yarrell & proved the same upon his oath & it was by our said court ordered filed. The amount 60 pounds, 15 shillings & 10 pence examined by John Barns, John Hardison, Wm. Carkeet

June Session 1766

Read the petition of Ruben Taylor praying a division on the estate of Thomas Yarrell deceased, granted and ordered that John Wheatley, Samuel Wheatley, James Johnston, John Butler or any three of them do devide the same & make a return thereof to next court accordingly.

December Session 1767

Personally appears Mathew Yarrell orphan of Thomas Yarrell and on his own free will chose James Gainer guardain of his person & estate & enters securities Samuel Holladay & John Hardison in the su of 300 pounds.

Personally appeared James Gainer, Samuel Holladay & John Hardison and acknowledged their bond for the guardainship of Mathew Yarrel orphan of Thomas Yarrell deceased ordered filed.
