In the name of God amen: The 29, day of June Anno - Dom. 1782. Peter Wynne being sick in body but of good and sound memory thanks be to almighty God- do make this my last Will & Testament and none other - do give and dispose of my temporal Estate in manner and form following and real Estate -

I give and bequeath to Andrew Wynne sixty acres of land known by the name of Heckers to be divided half way between the clearings to him and his heirs and assigns forever -

I give and bequeath unto Robert Wynne the plantation whereon I live with all the lands belonging or joining the same to him his heirs and assigns forever -

I desire that all my just debts be paid.

I give and bequeath unto Jesse Wynne one hundred & sixty acres of land at Lake Phelps being the land whereon Samuel Powers lives to him and his heirs and assigns forever also two cows & calves and one old mare ten head of Hoggs, one feather bed & furniture and thirty pound specie to school him -

I give and bequeath to Benjamin Wynne hundred acres of swamp joining Armstongs line part of a survey thus made for me to him his heirs and assigns forever -

I give & bequeath to Melle Wynne two cows & calves, three sheep, two stocks of bees-

I give & bequeath unto Robert Wynne one horse bridle & saddle one young mare and all my wearing cloaths and plantation tools also two cows & calves and all my provision for the use of my family.

I give and bequeath to Melle twenty pounds I say to be paid her out of my Estate -

I give & bequeath unto Robert Wynne all my canoes & flatt all my hoggs and household furniture -

I give & bequeath unto Susanna Wynne ten pounds specie all the remaining part of my Estate I give & bequeath unto Robert Wynne and John Wynne real and personal to be divided between them and I do hereby appoint Robert Wynne and John Wynne Executors of this my last Will & Testament - In witness whereof I the said Peter Wynne have hereunto put my hand and seal this day and year aforesaid -

October Session 1782

Personally appeared Joseph Phelps and proved the last will and testament of Peter Wynn deceased and at the same time saw Jonah Phelps and Urijah Phelps sign as a subscribing evidence in open court.

January Session 1785

Ordered that Jemimah Burtenshell be and is appointed guardian to Jesse Wynne and Amelia Wynne orphans of Peter Wynne deceased and give bond 500 pounds - John Wynne & Joseph Brown securitys.

Ordered that John Wynne executor of Peter Wynne deceased pay into the hands of Jemimah Burtenshell guardian to Jesse Wynne and Amelia Wynne orphans of said deceased the legacys left them by the said Peter Wynne deceased their father.
