In the name of God amen I Martha Weatherly of Tyrrel being in proper mind & memory do make this to be my last Will & Testament in manner following to wit that is to say.

Item - I give unto my son Ezekiel H. Hutson one bed & furniture one wheel & one book one canoe & one chest

Item - I give unto my son William Hutson one bed & furniture one cow one chest

Item - I give unto my son Jesse Hutson one bed & furniture one hand mill one heifer

The rest of my property to be equally divided between my three sons above named and I furthermore do make & ordain my friend Thomas. O. Cooper execr. of this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I Martha Weatherly the testator have to this my last Will written on the 5th Sept. in the year of our Lord 1843 -

The last Will & Testament of Martha Wetherly was exhibited in open court & proved by the oath of J.L. Jones a scubscribing witness thereto who swore that said Martha Weatherly was of sound desposing mind and memory at the time she signed said will he further swares he saw Benj. A. Cooper sign said will as cuneoring testimony.
