Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
March Session 1756
The petition of John West, John Routon, Natha. Spence West and Agness West wife John Routon
read after consideration was ordered that as Jams. Fox who inter married with Martha West executrix of
Edwd. West on his husband estate the said Edward West be arm bound do forthwith give security to the sd.
John West, Nathinul West, John Routon and Agnus his wife and indemnifie them from all losses and damage which they
may sustain on account of that in default thereof the said executors of James Fox do deliver to the said parties
all and singluer the goods and chatles of the Edward West deceased where presesed of now in the hands of Thomas
Fox executor of the said James Fox to the said petitioners or give security in the sum of 100 pounds
Proclamation that a summons issue to summon the proper parties to ?.

Ordered that the petition of John West, Nathaniel Spencer West & John Routon be continue till next court & that they bring into this court a true copy of the last will & testament of Edward West late of Acamack County of the colleny of Virginia properly attested under the Collony seal and a true copy of the inventory & administration of his estate.
