In the name of God Amen. I, William Willson of the County of Terrill and province of North Carolina being sick in body but of perfect mine and memory praise be to God for the same and caling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is apointed for all men once to dy do make this my last will and testament in manner and form as foloweth.

Imprimis - I recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave it hoping th_____ merrites of my Savior Jeasus Christ praying ___ of att my sines and my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a decent and Cristian manner by my Executors heare after named and my worldly goods that it hath pleased God to give me in this life I give and dispose of in manner and form as followeth.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my son Pallison Willson my plantation called by the name of Ueses to him his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever.

Item - I give unto my son William and my son Tomas my land and plantation which I beght of Cornelious Fitchpatrick to them there hiars executors administrators and asignnes forever after the death of thare mother to be eaquely divided between them William having the plantation.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my son Benjamin my land and plantation that I beght of Benjamin Alexander after the death of his mother to him his hiars and asighens forever.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my daughters Rebecka and Sarah and Rosaman my land caled the pepe land to them thare haires and asighnes forever to be eaquly to be diveded amongst them Rebecka haveing the first choyse and Sarah the next choyse.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my son Pallison four hundred poundes of rice (?) to by him a bed.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Marey Scarbrough two hundred pounds of rice to by her a cow and calf.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Bartelifte one feather bed and a six gallon pot and a cow and calfe and for want of the said things then ten pounds to be paid in money of the province of this contrey.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my son William and my son Benjamin and my son Tomas and my daughter Rebecka and my daughter Sarah and my daughter Rosaman each of them a feather bed and each of them a six gallon pot and each of them a cow and calfe and for want of thoase things then each of them to be paid ten poundes in rice porck or corne.

Item - I give the youse of my negroes and all the remainder parts of my estate to my well beloved wife Sarah Willson and after her decease then the youse of itt to them that shea shall thinck fitt to bring up the yongest children under that they are ___ ___ to age then the whole estate to be divided eauely amongst them and if they cannot agree in dividing of it then to be solde att publick uandeio(?) and the monys for to be eaquly divided amongst them.

Lastly - I constitute and apointe my well beloved wife Sarah Willson hole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament revocking all other willes before maide by me alowing this and no other to be my last will and testiment as my hand and seal this 10th day of June Anno Domi 1740.

These may certifie that William Rapfield one of the subscribing evidences to the within will personally appeared in open court and made oath on the hol Evangelists that he was present and saw WilliamWilson sign seal publish and declare the within to be and contain his last will & Testament and that he the said William Wilson was then and at that time of sound disposeing mind & memory and that he also saw Benjn. Bedgood and Benjamin Alexander the other subscribing evidences sign there name thereto at the same time.
