December Session 1754
The petition of John McCaskey was exhibeted into open court praying an order for administration on the estate of Phillip Williams late of this county deceased, granted and ordred that he give security in the sum of one hundred pounds Procl. money. He accordingly enters John Hardison and Edward Holt.
September Session 1755
An inventory of the estate of Phillip William deceased was exhibeted into court and proved by the oath of John McCaskey.
December Session 1755
An account of sales of the estate of Phillip Williams decd. was proved in open court by the oath of Thos. Whetley constable.
